Shipping & Returns

Shipping

Orders are usually processed within one business day of submission. Orders that are processed are sent out for shipment.
Shipment of item(s) usually takes 1 business day. Some items can take up to 3 business days to ship; this will be noted on the product description page above the “add to cart” button.

Free Shipping

Free Shipping is only available to our retail customers. Customers who recieve bulk or wholesale pricing are not eligible for for Free Shipping.

Ground shipping service is free of charge for orders that are above $25. Orders that are below $25 are calculated with real time quotes from the shipping carriers.
Orders may be upgraded to overnight, two, or three day service upon request. The customer will be responsible for the extra express shipping charges.
Please note that if items are returned that were shipped for free, customers will only be refunded the amount of the order minus the actual shipping costs.

*Orders shipped outside the continental/contiguous U.S. are not eligible for FREE SHIPPING
(This includes Hawaii, Alaska, and Canada)

Please do not select FREE SHIPPING if your order is being shipped outside the continental/contiguous U.S., this will cause a delay in your order processing time, as we will have to contact you to arrange payment for the shipping charges.

*For orders Shipped to Canada the duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are included in the shipping charge, these under NO CIRCUMSTANCES are refundable once the order has been delevered to Canada.

The fees are calculated based on the following.
Order Subtotal x 15% + $30

Express Shipping

Express shipments are shipped with either FedEx or UPS depending on which warehouse the item(s) are shipping from.
Please note, that the day that your order ships does not count as a day in the shipping method.

Packages sent express methods are not delivered on Saturday or Sunday. For a Saturday delivery quote please call customer service.

For example:
-If you select Express 3 Day and your order ships on Monday you will receive you order on Thursday
-If you select Express 2 Day and your order ships on Thursday you will receive your order on Monday.

 

Receiving Packages

All package(s) shipped from Sales-Innovations.com are sent with either NO SIGNATURE REQUIRED or SIGNATURE REQUIRED, depending on the value of the item. If for any reason you need your package(s) sent with or without a signature required you must let our customer service department know by either calling or adding "send or do not send signature required" to the shipping instruction field during your checkout process. There will be no additional charge for this service at anytime.
Any package(s) sent NO SIGNATURE REQUIRED, should have receiving arrangements made to ensure delivery. Any package(s) shown as delivered by the shipping carrier and confirmed to be delivered to the correct shipping address therein become the responsibility of the recipient.

 

Returns

(Please Read Carefully)

Products sold by Sales Innovations Inc. are covered by our 30-day return policy, unless otherwise noted. Please note that Sales Innovations Inc. does not offer any technical support. Please direct all technical questions to the manufacturer.

*** Claims for missing accessories, damaged product(s), or product(s) not as advertised must be reported within 15 days from the date the item was received. ***

Please do not refuse packages as a means of return. All returns need to be issued an RMA. If packages are refused the customer will be responsible for all related shipping charges including the cost of free shipping, and in some cases a restocking fee.

Exchanges for defective item(s):

  • Items that are received defective either from manufacturing defects or shipping damages, fall under the following guidelines.

    • Before an exchange can be made, we will send free of charge replacement parts if they are available. Please call customer service for help installing replacement parts. (Common missing/broken pieces are handles, screws, or adjuster sets)
    • If replacement parts are not available for the item we will pickup the defective product, and send a replacement out upon receipt of the defective item free of charge.
    • If you do not want replacement pieces for your item, and would rather have a whole new item be sent out, the customer will be responsible for shipping the defective item back to us. We will then ship out the replacement upon receiving the defective free of charge. (Note: This option increases the time it will take for you to have a fully operating item, replacement parts can be sent out the same day. If we replace the whole item we will have to wait for your return before we can send out the replacement, which can sometimes take up to 2 weeks.)

Refund for defective items:

Any item received as defective whether being damaged in shipping or having a manufacturing defect will be REPLACED or REPAIRED at the cost of Sales Innovations Inc.. If the customer does not want a replacement or repair, the customer will be responsible for the original shipping charges incurred on the order (This includes the cost of FREE SHIPPING). Sales Innovations Inc. will pay for return shipping charges, and arrange for pickup.

All other returns covered under our 30-day return period are subject to the following:

  • A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued by Sales Innovations Inc. must accompany all returns.
  • RMA numbers must be obtained no later than 30 days from the date the order was Shipped/Completed. After 30 days, all product returns must be handled directly by the manufacturer or warranty provider.
  • All RMA numbers are valid for 10 days from the date of issuance.
  • All products must be returned in new condition with original packaging, all documentation and accessories. A restocking fee of 15% will be applied if the item(s) is received not in its original container, if there are any missing accessories/parts, or if merchandise is returned without an RMA#.
  • Sales Innovations Inc. will not accept items that have been physically damaged or misused.
  • All related fees (shipping & return shipping fees) are NON-REFUNDABLE for all products in all cases.
    This includes the cost for free shipping. Items returned that we shipped for free, will be refunded for the amount of the order minus the actual shipping charges.
  • Please allow 1-2 weeks for all refunds.
  • After 30 days, all items that need to be returned for repair will have to be sent directly to the manufacturer or warranty provider.

Sales Innovations Inc. strives to offer superior customer support and satisfaction, and because of this under extraordinary measures we can make exceptions to the return policy. We will handle these circumstances on a case by case basis, so please contact our customer service department during normal business hours so we can assist you.
