Review:	I would never buy this product again. After going through 2 of these machines with less than 2 uses each we went to the Hoover All Terrain and couldn't be happier. This machine leaves your carpet so wet it takes forever to dry which leads to dirt and grime being tracked in and getting into the wet carpet. I found it very heavy to use. We bought the first one and we went to use it the second time and could not get it to work correctly even after calling the customer support line they finally gave up and told us to bring it to a repair shop. I returned it to Kohls and thought maybe I just got a bad model. We had the exact same thing happen with the second one that one was also returned. Although this time I bought a Hoover All Terrain and it works fabouls.

Review:	I did a lot of research before purchasing this item, and I'm very pleased with it. It is easy to use and did a good job getting out some pet stains that my spot cleaning couldn't get rid of. I've already used it 3 or 4 times because I have major dog/child traffic. Using it and even cleaning it up afterwards isn't much more work than using a vacuum.
