I just got this one and tried it and it's ok for lite cleanup but I tried it on those grease that splatters on your wall by the stove and this is useless for that.

it works once for about a minute and then you might as well put it back on the shelf. it never heats up enough to get the steam back. wish i'd saved my receipt.

Well I've actually used several versions (from different manufacturer) this one is comparable. I actually like the way steam cleaners in general work. This one is in my kitchen ready to use at all times. Works especially good on grease and grime. Just melts it away. Microwave. Stove top,inside the fridge. There are so many uses for this tool. I love it

I've bought this with high hopes. But the first one didn't work, and the second one the same. it just doesn't seem powerful enough to do anything. Totally disappointed I returned them both.
