Just Ducky's Perfect Collar is made of poly coated webbing with a buckle closure. The Perfect Collar is water proof and extremely durable, yet remains soft and comfortable for dogs. It will not crack, break, chip, fray, or stretch out, even under harsh conditions, including: Exposure to UV rays, heat, cold, water, and household chemicals. They are easily cleaned with soap and water and will not absorb odors. Collar measurements are calculated within a 2" range.
