I read a lot of reviews before i bought this one. When i received it i opened the box installed 3 screws and was ready.The tanks are small 1/2 gallon, but when your using hot tap water it works great.I live in an 5th wheel RV with my 2 small dogs and a cat.I vacuumed before i started using the Quicksteamer.I had a lot of dog spots.Moving slow and easy over the carpet it cleaned it and i cant see the spots any more. Carpet dries in about 2 to 3 hours. Very pleased with this product.
