Agree with C! Wasted time,money and effort with this. Didn't clean carpet at all, ended up getting the professionals in as they say if you want a job done...... when I called manufacturer they said they couldn't help as it's not meant to clean carpets!! It's only a surface wash, therefore it certainly doesn't do what it says on the packet. Don't waste your money on this.

I did a lot of research before purchasing this item, and I'm very pleased with it. It is easy to use and did a good job getting out some pet stains that my spot cleaning couldn't get rid of. I've already used it 3 or 4 times because I have major dog/child traffic. Using it and even cleaning it up afterwards isn't much more work than using a vacuum.

This cleaner did not work at all for us ! it did not even spray water.I would not even give it a one we called the company but they could not figure it out.
Do your self a favor don't buy it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
